Your Very Own Chef!

Wouldn't it be great to have your own chef?  You could just think of what you wanted to eat for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and it would be prepared for you.  The dishes would be taken care of, and you wouldn't have to worry about going to the grocery store.  How does that sound?  To me, it sounds like heaven.

How do you get a personal chef?  Well, personal chefs have been growing in popularity in the United States.  Every year more and more people are hiring chefs to do just that for them.  If you think about it, hiring a chef can be less expensive than going to a restaurant.  If you have one or two children, and you want a gourmet meal, going to a restaurant can cost over $300.  You can get a chef to come into your house and prepare your meal for far less money.

In a lot of cities, you can hire a chef for a dinner party.  This is different from caterers, because they'll actually consult with you and make a special meal.  Caterers tend to just make the same meal in bulk, so they're not really ideal for a nice dinner party with your friends.

There is, however a way to get a formal meal every day of the year from a well-known chef without paying a cent.  The only thing you need to be is 35 years old and a US citizen, and of course run for president.  The president of the United States has a personal chef that cooks all of his meals and serves them on the Lenox Federal platinum china.  If you're the president, you would never have to wash a dish again.  It almost makes me want to run for the job.

A personal chef might not be possible for you, but for some people it a great way to eat every meal.
